Doing the 'housewife' thing...

I'm going to a tupperware party today!!!

Yes, the thing that housewives around the globe have been having tea cakes over for decades.

I definitely won't be buying anything because once again I am broke, but it's an opportunity for me to get to know some other mums and for the kids to get out and play. Particularly considering that fact that weve been cooped up inside all weekend so far, what with the weather and tantrums and nap times.

So, I'm getting out of the house, and braving one of those social situations I dread, all for the sake of some gossip and adult interaction.
